The Pauls Family Trip ~ Day 5 (November 6)

We got up early (well... vacation early :) to say goodbye to our dear friends as they headed out to work.

Soon we were on the road ourselves and headed to the state of Georgia.

We had a bit of time to waste, so we hit a couple of stores in Dalton GA.

We soon arrived in Rome GA, and after finding the park we were supposed to meet our blog friends at (we met them through blogger :)... us biggers promptly hit the court, the kids the playground and Ker cooked up supper.

We played tennis (OBVIOUSLY!) and also a game we made up called “Don’t let the ball stop moving”. 

We used both courts and got a tremendous amount of exercise :) 

It was hard to keep the ball moving once it got stuck in the leaves :) :) :)

Mrs. Doss and her adorable kiddoes arrived at the park and we visited while the kids played until suppertime.
We ate in the dark (once again... no pictures!) which was kind of an adventure :)

Mom and Dad headed to Mr. and Mrs. Doss’ house with some of the kiddoes while Ker, myself and the youngest went to bed. (something about staying up late the night before talking and laughing with our besties :) :) :)

And that was our day!
